Yes. Please shower before getting a massage. No one wants to touch a sweaty or sandy body. With respect to the therapist please shower before service and minimal fragrances.
You should get permission from your Dr or Specialist prior. You can get a massage , Lymphedema massage and Reflexology too. I have worked with cancer patients for many years.

A Credit card hold the appointment and lets me know you are serious about booking. My time is as important as yours and I want to make sure we have the time to work together for a better you. The card is not charged. If there is a no show a 50% charge for our policy
Yes! I offer mobile services to St Pete Area. Please inquire within.
Some tips:
Please have room for a massage table and area to walk around it.
Draping is required and a state law. Do not asked for no draping. You will be charged double and service will end immediately.
Communication with your therapist to develop the best package for your care

Services are Professional and anything inappropriate will not be tolerated and pricing will increase as I see fit.

If you have received an inoculation of any kind, I would ask that you book an appointment at least 14 days past your injection. Please do not come in the day of or after an injection as I will refuse service and a fee may be required.

We do ask for a credit card hold to book appointments.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text or phone call will be processed without a penalty.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service fee.
No Show appointments are subject to 100% service fee.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
We know each situation is not the same. Please communicate with us so we can serve you better.

Please arrive 10-15 min early on your first visit to fill out paperwork. If you are late for your session the session will be cut short and full payment will be required. Payment is required at the time of service, I do not send a bill.
Please arrive with a clean body, if you arrive after the gym your service may be refused and full payment is required.
The services are professional. No sexual/sensual services will be provided so please do not ask. Asking will be considered solicitation and will be handled accordingly, service will end and full payment + solicitation request fee is required and the local authorities will be notified.
Upon the first visit a client intake form will be required for each service (bodyworks, skin care and body wraps). They will be updated yearly
Payments for services are due at the end of service.
A valid credit card is required to be on file in order to book your massage services. You can use another type of payment at each service.
If paying by check, checks must be received 24-48 hours prior to service.
Fee for returned checks will be a $100 additional fee applied.
I take credit cards, cash, venmo and cash app.
Crossroad Wellness St Pete LLC handles each client with professionalism, care and willingness to help. Time is important on both ends. I will not work outside of my scope of practice to help. I can refer you to another professional.
