Meet Kelley
Kelley is the heart behind Crossroad Wellness St Pete, bringing years of education, hands-on experience, and a deep passion for holistic wellness to every client she serves.
Her journey into natural healing began with a desire to understand the body as a whole—not simply focusing on a single symptom. Over the years, Kelley has expanded her knowledge and skills through extensive training and certifications, including Licensed Massage Therapy, Certified Medical Reflexology, Reiki Levels I & II, Lymphedema Massage, Organic Esthetics, Phlebotomy, Iridology, Herbal Studies, and Nutrition.
Kelley has a particular passion for the lymphatic system and its crucial role in overall wellness. Her specialized training in lymphatic massage and lymphatic techniques enables her to provide individualized support for clients seeking lymphatic care, including those navigating changes following cancer treatment or surgery. She also offers compression wrapping and PressoTherapy compression as complementary approaches when appropriate.
Since relocating to Florida in 2020, Kelley has continued to build her practice around a core belief: wellness is personal, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving your best self.
At Crossroad Wellness St Pete, sessions are customized to the individual. Kelley draws from her diverse background in massage, lymphatic wellness, reflexology, energy work, natural wellness, and organic skincare to create an experience that meets each client where they are.

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of all clients seeking holistic wellness services, please schedule any vaccinations at least 6 weeks before your appointment or immediately after your scheduled session for treatments like lymphatic massage or medical reflexology.
As I am mindful of the sensitivities that may occur following vaccinations, I ask that you please plan accordingly and allow adequate time between vaccination and your wellness appointment. This consideration is important to ensure a safe and effective experience, particularly if you are also interested in organic skincare or Reiki therapy.
