Hands on Massage 11.16.23
Today I had a massage from Kelli P. My left hip was very uncomfortable when i walked. I left feeling 110% better. And now two hours later it’s great. Kelli is very knowledgeable and moved my limbs to stretch and loosen the muscles. please thank her for me and i will be back for sure.

Here’s what I’ve noticed and I haven’t changed anything else or started taking anything else. So I can safely attribute to the cream. Hot flashes reduced. None at night. I’m sleeping deeper than I have in YEARS. I mean I wake up and I’m like wow. that was a sleep! My skin has softened. I know estrogen and progesterone affect your skin and the elasticity etc. this is not due to anything else. But my neck is where I mostly noticed it .. I don’t think there is a change in the look of it but it is definitely softer. That’s a weird thing that I didn’t expect I use it on wrists, thighs, inner arms, belly. Alternating. Then I take the first week of the month off. If you are selling, I am buying. Let me know!
